Obviously the most important thing you need to sell your house is the images! After being a property photographer for 10 years I will guide you into getting the best out of your property. Guides are provided before the appointment and walk throughs are given just before the appointment takes place to make sure your property looks the best it can be. Oh and don't worry about that grey Scottish skies, a subtle blue sky is added to all externals if needed!

Video

Video is another great way to show off your property. With the cinematic videos I create, we will have your home looking like a Hollywood movie trailer in no time. Quickly changing from room to room and angle to angle it keeps the viewer engaged for longer. All videos are provided in 4k resolution giving that dreamy look.

360 Tours

Another must have for showing the true potential of your property to prospective buyers is a 360 tour. This way you can whittle out those time wasters. Those who come for a viewing have already walked through your house virtually, now it's time to show them the real deal!

Drone

If you are in a rural area or have a good bit of land or even if you just live in a scenic area, a drone is the perfect way to show off your location. With the drone you are able to show off angles you wouldn't get from ground shots. This is a must have if you want to show something a bit different.

Floor Plans

Floorplans are a great way to show off the layout of your home. Until someone views your property it's hard for them to visualise the lay out through the photos only. So to gain more interest it's great to have a floorpan to make it easier for potential buyers to make sense of your property.

Virtual Furniture

Virtual furnishings is the perfect way to show off your empty home. Sometimes the timing doesn't work out and your home is empty by the time it comes to market it. Virtual furniture is a fantastic and cost effective way of showing off the potential of your home.
